  How Fast Food Affects Ours Mental Health


When people eat fast food, they are aware of the dangers of it, such as obesity, addiction, diabetes, etc. What you do not really know is the problems it can cause to  your mental health. 

Just like the rest of our body, our brain needs all of the right nutrients to function well. If you eat fast food regularly it could indeed cause depression. Consuming very fat and salty unhealthy food could have direct effects on the brain. It could cause anxiety and depression because nutrition plays a very important role in our system. 
It is scientifically proven that eating too much junk can  give the inability to handle stress properly.  

Junk food is deliciously unhealthy for you but can easily cause addiction, depression, anxiety, the inability to handle stress, obesity, and diabetes, so it is best not to eat junk food on a regular basis.

  1. I don't think people need to completely stop eating fast food at all time.
    Because in ordinary days our parents always go to work. During the work time they usually become extremely busy , so they don't have enough time for them to eat food. So the fastest way for them to finish their lunch is eating fast food.

    I agree about the fact that junk food can affect mental health because the restaurant always use lots of oil to make the food, so it is bad for us health.

  2. 1. I think we should stop eating fast food because it can lead to obesity reducing our lifespan.

    2. Yes. Humans were made for specific functions and our brains not working as well as meant to be it can lead to population loss and the decrease of willing doctors and a cure.

  3. 1.no, because in the now time people have a lot of job and they need to run around the city, so they don't really have a lot to eat, so fast food gives a way to let them eat fast and go to work right away.
    2.no, because I always know that eat junk food is bad for our body, it is like a trade, use unhealthy food to trade more time to work. But if people have time, I still prefer to eat healthy food.

  4. 1.No, because fast food is also a way of nutrition which is unhealthier,but faster than other ways.There's people who can't afford every good meal and there's people who don't have time to eat every healthy meal, so it is better for them to eat fast food than not eating any thing for the meal.
    2.It didn't really change my opinion on fast food because eating fast food is not healthy to your body , at the same time, if your body physically isn't healthy,it can cause mental problem.

  5. 1. if it were possible to stop eating fast food, I believe that the world would be better off without it. although since it has become such a casual thing to eat in our every day
    life, it would be very hard to get rid of this habit/addiction.

    2. now that I know about this, I feel that I should start thinking more about whats actually inside of my food before consuming what it might have inside of it
