jesus tomb causes controversy

I am not really a religious guy but this article i read caught my attention due to my curiosity. I wondered what caused the controversy and as i was reading the article something that i agreed with was that Christianity is a strong faith and no discovery archeologist makes will ever change that. People have done many things in the name of science and this would be one of them. Although their faith is against something like this, what is the harm in knowing. I mean knowledge is power correct ? This is like saying that scientist may have found out how big the universe is but due to some faith it is causing controversy. Wouldn't we all like to know more about the stories of Jesus. We'll never know if people don't let archeolegist do their thing.
ps Is this enough ms. Hessian. If not how long should it be
