2.do u know another animal who lays eggs at the same months as the komodo dragons
Some species of turtles such as the leatherback turtle mate at the same time of year and lay their eggs at the same time. The leatherback turtle lays approximatly 110 eggs which 85% of them will survive to mate and reproduce again.
ReplyDeletePlatypus' are carnivores just like the komodo dragon. This means the platypus and the komodo Dragon both eat meat. The platypus eats invertebrates and all kinds of fish just like the lizard.
ReplyDeleteAlso, platypus' that live in New South Wales and Victoria lays its eggs between the months August and October, and the komodo Dragon lays its eggs in September. This means that these two animals lay their eggs at about the same time.
Another animal that is like the komodo dragon is the lion. The lion is a carnivore just like the komodo dragon. Being a carnivore means that all they eat is meat, so there is no such thing a vegetarian lion! Some examples of animals they eat are wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, and warthogs, all very large animals that live in the same environment as the lion. But unlike the komodo dragon, lions live in all parts of Africa, although most komodo dragons are found in only a small part of Indonesia just north of Australia.
