With all of the cool features, gadgets and innovations that come with technology, it dumbs down or replaces part of our collective humanity. It takes away our sense of personal interaction. It takes away our responsibility. Basically, Technology allows us to act less human.
As technology makes machines more life-like, it is slowly turning us humans into robot-like entities. The scary thing about this, is that we that are more and more subconsciously driven to allow this to happen.
People online can just leave a conversation and ignore what is written. Everyone online does what is “accepted as normal behavior” for the Internet.
New rules emerge which deal with e-mail and chatting, for The internet has become a digital wild wild west where anything can happen.
Look around and observe how we as users interact with each other as humans, using technology. are we losing touch with what it’s like to treat a human being like a person, instead of like an e-mail address or a screen name. The convenience of technology, the same convenience that allows us to share photos and find friends, also enables our worst habits to come to fruition in ways that would normally not exist.

2.what would the world be like if there would be with without any of the electronics devices that we use daily, such as the famous so called Phone?
1. I think that in the next 20 years we won't even communicate with each other. I think that we would have evolved technologically per say, instead of us communicating face-to -face, we communicate with our minds.
ReplyDelete2. I think that without our phones we would be in a socially and technologically depressed mode and forced to go out to the world to communicate with each other. At first, it may seem difficult but then you get used to it. As I always say " You survived your childhood without a phone, why can't you do so now?"
1. Well, I think that the society will be a lot more different and useless because the technology will be razing will a lot of what we now see normal. We, like humans, wont be able to do a lot of stuff because is “technologies’ work”.

1.The technology these days are becoming stronger and stronger and I think it will continue to be easier,faster and stronger in next 20 years. With this trend,robots replacing human work,people talk through space,humans can hibernate by putting chips in their brain then can wake up after few years,etc. Those thing are very possible to happen in the future. Also,old people and people with problems will no longer be stuck in their house any more because the techlology of driving without a person will be mature at that time.
ReplyDelete2. I don't think there will be a huge change when everyone don't actually have an electronic device because it used to happen and people were totally fine with it. At some point,it makes life happier but it is not as convinient as now. The relationship between people will become closer which is a good thing.
1 In the next 20 years with our constant improvements in technology, I think we will become a useless species that will have artificial intelligences doing and taking care of all the needs.
ReplyDelete2 If we never invented any electronic devices, I believe that the world would become a lot bigger. Trade would be a lot harder and so would be communication. Everyone would live in cities to get what they need as quickly as they can.
1.we are in a time that the human race is changing our self in a speed we have never had before, so I think in 20 years, we maybe can connect our brain with the internet so maybe in 20 years, a doctor can save a person's life in Chicago than have some Shushi in Tokyo, we might don't even need a body, at that time people will never die.

2,If we don't have phone.It will be very difficult for us to communicate with other.For examples, now I study in Stanstead college but me family members are far away from me.So it will be more easy for me to have phone to have a talk with them.
1.today the world's technology is always improving and growing faster and bigger everyday, in 20 years the technology might get better 2 times faster than it is today. it all comes down to how hard we work at it. my idea of technology in 20 years is 80% of cars will be self driving and the world will become lazier.

1.I think that in 20 years, face to face communication will not really exist. People will text and send messages without seeing each other. I also think that maybe technology will be very advanced in a way that houses will speak and robots will be common. It may also be a bad thing for us, because we could be lazy and let technology take over.
